Gearless Drive Technology
IMEM's gearless permanent magnet motors eliminate the gearbox entirely, delivering whisper-quiet operation, exceptional ride comfort and significantly lower energy consumption compared to conventional geared drives.
Machine Room Less (MRL)
The MRL design integrates the drive unit directly into the shaft, eliminating the need for a dedicated machine room. This frees up valuable building space, reduces construction costs and simplifies installation.
Class A Energy Efficiency
All commercial IMEM lifts achieve Class A energy efficiency under the VDI 4707 standard. Regenerative drives capture braking energy and feed it back into the building's electrical grid, reducing net energy consumption.
Varispeed Intelligent Control
IMEM's proprietary Varispeed control system continuously monitors traffic patterns and dynamically adjusts lift allocation to minimise waiting times and maximise passenger throughput in high-demand environments.
EN 81-20/50 Certified
